Apex is a smart money address discovery and follow application. The Services allow users to browse public address lists, view address profiles, review historical performance indicators, and follow selected addresses in a personal watchlist.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
You may provide information directly to us when you:
- sign in using Sign in with Apple;
- save or manage followed addresses;
- contact us for support;
- submit feedback or requests.
This information may include:
- your Apple account identifier;
- your email address, if you choose to share it through Sign in with Apple;
- a private relay email address, if you choose to hide your email through Apple;
- support messages, feedback, and related communication content.
We do not ask for, collect, or store private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or credentials that control digital assets.
1.2 Information Created Through Your Use of the Services
When you use Apex, we may collect or store information related to your activity within the Services, including:
- addresses you choose to follow or save;
- watchlist preferences;
- app settings;
- search and filter preferences;
- interactions with address list and address profile features;
- general usage events, such as pages viewed or features used.
This information helps us provide core product functionality, such as syncing your watchlist and improving the user experience.
1.3 Device, Log, and Diagnostic Information

Apex displays information related to publicly observable addresses. This may include address identifiers, historical indicators, activity summaries, rankings, charts, and other derived analytics.
Public address data may come from public sources, third-party data providers, internal calculations, or a combination of these sources.
Public address data generally does not directly identify you unless you choose to associate an address with your identity or disclose such association elsewhere.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Apex does not collect:
- private keys;
- seed phrases;
- wallet passwords;
- payment card information;
- precise GPS location;
- contacts;
- photos;
- microphone recordings;
- camera recordings;
- health information;
- biometric information;
- government identification documents, unless separately required for a future product feature and disclosed in an updated policy.
Apex V1 does not provide custody, transfers, order execution, deposits, withdrawals, or asset management functionality.

- to support Sign in with Apple;
- to create and manage your account;
- to save and sync your watchlist;
- to display address lists, address profiles, and historical indicators;

Apex does not currently use your personal information for third-party targeted advertising.
Apex does not currently track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.
If we introduce tracking or advertising features in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework or other applicable consent mechanisms.
7. Analytics and Diagnostics
We may use analytics and diagnostic tools to understand how users interact with the Services, identify bugs, monitor crashes, and improve performance.
Depending on the tools used, analytics and diagnostics may include device information, app version, usage events, crash logs, and approximate network information.
We aim to limit analytics collection to information reasonably necessary for product improvement and service reliability.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements.
For example:
- account information is retained while your account remains active;
- watchlist data is retained while you use the watchlist feature;
- support communications may be retained for customer service and recordkeeping;
- logs and diagnostics are retained for a limited period for security, debugging, and performance purposes.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise handle it in accordance with applicable law.
9. Account Deletion
If you create an account, you may request deletion of your account through the account or settings area of the Services, or by contacting us at business@apexliquid.com.
After receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
If your account was created using Sign in with Apple, we may also take steps to disconnect or revoke the relevant authentication token where applicable.

- request deletion of your information;

Apex may display public address-related information. Even if public address data does not directly identify a person, it may become associated with an individual if combined with other information.

Apex does not guarantee that public address information is anonymous, private, complete, or free from interpretation risk.
16. App Store Privacy Information
When we submit Apex to the Apple App Store, we provide privacy information describing our data collection and use practices.
The information disclosed in App Store privacy labels should match this Privacy Policy and the actual behavior of the app. If our data practices change, we will update our App Store privacy information and this Privacy Policy as required.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the Services or by other reasonable means.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was last revised.
